What has been tried before:

- Asking ministries to reduce their expenses

- Reducing money from ministries

Neither of these approaches worked, but I am sure that the task force initiative would work.

I added a few details on how to do it as well, especially since it was such short time until next parliament election (in which both of their parties will do badly).
